Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Memo No.1737/E1/2014 dated 23.07.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent Principal to allow the petitioner to continue attending the Digital cinema workshop/ course (offered by the National Film Development Corporation which started on 7.07.2014 and ends on 7.08.2014) by signing movement register as like he was allowed to attend the workshop on duty.
