They were appointed as donors who colluded with the 3rd respondent collected donation from the public and misused the public donated funds for the ceremony of Arulmigu Sri Solapuri Amman Temple, Thottapalayam, Vellore, for construction, renovation of the temple and Kumbebishekem ceremony. This Court may consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2020.

ORDER
(Made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J.) This writ petition is filed to initiate action against respondents 4 to 7 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2020. The writ petitioner contends that donations were received by Sri Sholapuri Amman temple, Thottapalayam, Vellore District and that the amounts received as donations have been misused by respondents 4 to 7 in collusion with the third respondent.
2.Learned standing counsel for the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department submits that the representation of the writ petitioner has been received and that a speaking order would be passed within four weeks.
3.Accordingly, without examining the merits or the tenability of the representation of the writ petitioner, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the same by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event the writ petitioner is not satisfied with such disposal of the representation, it is open to the writ petitioner to pursue legal remedies, otherwise than by a public interest litigation, after establishing her locus standi.
The writ petition, W.P.No.17052 of 2020, is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
