ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties as per the order passed in in Crl.O.P.No.7266 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners by order dated 17.03.2025, had directed the petitioners to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Perambalur, on condition that the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed and on further condition that: (a) the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass book to ensure their identity. He would further submit that the petitioners after receiving the order copy, the petitioners were unable to arrange 6 sureties within the period of

stipulated time as per the order of this Court, hence the petitioners were unable to comply the condition of executing sureties within time. Thereby, they seek for extension of time.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.
