ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 3, and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there is encroachment in Old Survey No.513, New Survey No.H6/66, Udhagamandalam (East), Udhagamandalam Taluk, Nilgiris District. Hence, the petitioner preferred representations dated 7.2.2019 and 10.6.2019 to the respondent authorities praying for removal of the said encroachment.

3. It is an admitted fact that the encroachment has been removed.
