Heard A.Edwin Prabakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.D.Suriya Narayanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 4th respondent. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. The petitioner, who is a elected ward member of Arasur Panchayat has filed this Writ Petition praying for a direction to consider the his representations dated 08.01.2015, 18.2.2015, 12.05.2015, 02.07.2015, 21.07.2015 and 25.09.2015. The petitioner has made several allegations against the 4th respondent, the President of the Panchayat and he has submitted representations to all the authorities and the representations submitted to the Government was forwarded to the District Collector, Coimbatore by the Secretary to Government, Rural and Panchayat Raj Department vide Government letter dated 13.03.2015 and 03.06.2015 and the grievance of the petitioner is that till date no action has been initiated.
3.Since this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the 4th respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner as against the 4th respondent and it is for the 3rd respondent, namely, the Inspector of Panchayat / the District Collector, Coimbatore District, Coimbatore to take note of the facts and petitioner's representations and proceed in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
