By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The grievance expressed by the petitioner appears to be that the second appeal preferred before the respondent, has not been given disposal in a time bound manner and therefore, he came forward to file the present writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's second appeal dated 21.09.2015, if the papers are otherwise in order, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the person/s concerned and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the person[s] concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
