ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Mandamus praying to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant with effect from April 1997 with all consequential benefits.
2. From the entirety of the affidavit, nothing has been disclosed as to the cause of action for the petitioner to approach this Court in the year 2019 for his claim which related to the year 1997. Although the affidavit contains certain averments, this Court is unable to appreciate as to how vague averments relating to the service career of the petitioner even cumulatively put together can give rise to cause of action for the petitioner to approach this Court in the year 2019.
3. Prima facie, the case is from the stale claim which cannot be adjudicated by this Court at this distance of time. The writ petition is hopelessly time barred and also does not contain any worthwhile averments or reasons for this Court to intervene at this distance of time.
4. For the above said reasons, this Court finds that this writ petition is not maintainable and hence the same is dismissed. No costs.
