ORDER

This Court vide order dated 17.04.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.7730 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.538 of 2025 granted suspension of sentence subject to condition that the petitioner has to deposit 50% of the compensation amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.5500 of 2022 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.2, Egmore @ Allikulam.

2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply the said conditional order of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the order of this Court dated 17.04.2025.
