PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for an issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the entire records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 10813/A5/2013 dated 13.2.2014 to quash the same and thereby direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Special Teacher (Drawing) under the priority category notified for the year 2011-2012 and confer all the consequential benefits.
