ORDER

The petitioner made a detailed representation on 14.05.2015, giving a long factual narration, which according to the petitioner is correct. It is a case of the petitioner that the patta has been wrongly given to the second respondent as against him. Now, seeking early disposal on the said representation dated 14.05.2015, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, a direction is issued to the first respondent, to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
