JUDGMENT
In this partition suit, the plaintiff received monetary compensation towards her share earlier. The seventh defendant, who is one of the sisters, had agreed to receive a sum of Rs.1,80,00,000/- from defendants 1 to 4 as full and final consideration. At the hearing today, learned counsel for the 7th defendant acknowledges receipt of the said sum of Rs.1,80,00,000/-. As directed by order dated 28.03.2025, defendants 1 to 4 have also executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the 7th defendant indemnifying the said defendant against all losses arising out of claims, if any, made by the 5th defendant in relation to the execution of a release deed in favour of defendants 1 to 5.
