When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent/workmen submitted his letter dated 13.07.2021 to the Management stating that he was ready to join duty without back wages with continuity of service, and the same was considered by the management. Now, the respondent has reinstated the petitioner into the service from 23.06.2025 onwards, and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also admitted the above said re-instatement of the petitioner, based on his letter dated 13.07.2021.
