Application No.4082 of 2019 in C.S.No.237 of 2019 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., This Court vide order dated 25.06.2019, has condoned the delay of 46 days in representing the Sr.No.71216 of 2019 in C.S.No.237 of 2019. However today the learned counsel for the applicant/defendant submits that they have wrongly mentioned the Diary Number as 71216 of 2019 instead of Diary Number 42711 of 2019.

2. Therefore, the Registry is directed to correct the Diary Number as stated by the applicant in the Judges summons and post the suit on 16.07.2019, for passing appropriate orders. In the meantime, both the parties are directed to file the draft issues.
