The learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition the writ petitioner was appointed by the respondent and he has joined duty as such. Thus the grievances of the Writ petitioner was already redressed and no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
