Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the Tahsildar concerned against whom a direction was issued to consider the petitioner's representation has informed the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order of the Court dated 09.04.2013, in W.P. No.8979 of 2013 is complied with. The instruction is based on the information furnished by the Tahsildar by name Rajendiran. Since the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dispose this petition based on the information furnished by the learned Additional Government Pleader.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case if the petitioner is able to show that the information furnished by the learned Additional Government Pleader is incorrect or misleading, it is open to the petitioner to recall this order.
