ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 27.06.016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 27.06.2016, it is alleged by the petitioner that one M.V.Murthy had taken the petitioner's lorry and fabircated certain documents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said M.V.Murthy is dead. Under such circumstances, no prosecution can be launched against a dead person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
