There is no disputation or disagreement between both sides that captioned matter is directly and squarely covered by order made by a Hon'ble Division Bench being order dated 05.04.2017 in W.P.Nos.30589 of 2013 [Reported in 2017 SCC OnLine Mad 19191: (2017) 3 CTC 135: AIR 2017 Mad 203: (2017) 4 Mad LJ 445] and order dated 08.02.2018 in W.A (MD) No.609 of 2014 wherein another Hon'ble Division Bench has taken view.
