ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 7th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2021, 08.07.2021 and 19.07.2021, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. On the last hearing date i.e., on 10.08.2022, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. This Court has also recorded the statement made by the respective learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents that the matter has now become infructuous, in view of the fact that the petitioner's representations referred to in the prayer column of the writ petition has already 3/6

been considered and orders passed and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner.

3.Today, the Party-in-Person, who is the Power of Attorney for the petitioner seeks for an adjournment on the ground that a Review Petition is pending before the First Bench of this Court pertaining to the orders passed in W.P. No.25513 of 2016. The prayer sought for in that writ petition and the prayer sought for in this writ petition are different, though they are connected to each other. Since, the representations have already been considered by the respondents, as seen from the Typed set of papers filed by the respondents on 25.03.2022, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and as rightly submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents, this writ petition has now become infructuous. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondents pursuant to the representations given by the petitioner, she will have to challenge the same in the manner known to her under law.

4. After recording the fact that the representations have already been considered and final orders have been passed by the respondents, this writ 4/6

petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
