JUDGMENT

This Appeal suit is filed against the judgment and decree passed in OS.No.253 of 2010 dated 03.12.2013 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Salem

2. The learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the appellants earlier, submitted that already the entire bundle has been handed over to the appellants along with change of vakalat.

3. On perusal of case bundle, it is seen that even till today, the appellants failed to engage any counsel to represent on behalf of them. Today also, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants before this Court either in person or through pleader.

4. Therefore, this appeal suit is dismissed for default. Consequently, 2/4
