ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.6329/2024 filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that pending this O.P., the said Miscellaneous petition was disposed of by the Magistrate on merits on 05.05.2025.

3. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been complied with, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
