ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the case based on the complaint dated 15.03.2016 given by the petitioner against the accused persons viz., the respondents 3 to 6 within the time stipulated.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the dispute is between the father-in-law and son-in-law and on the complaint dated 15.03.2016 given by the father-in-law, the petitioner herein, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 02.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
