Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of CAPT.M.S.KRISHNA KUMAR, PARTY IN PERSON petitioner in person and of MR.K.SRINIVASAMURTHY, Advocate for the 2nd Respondent and of MR.S.SATHISHRAJAN, CENTRAL GOVERNMENT STANDING COUNSEL on behalf of the 2nd and 7th Respondents, the court made the following order:- The prayer in the main writ petition and the prayer in the miscellaneous petition are one and the same and if the order of interim direction is granted, it would amount to grant of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
