ORDER
The transfer petition is filed to transfer the case in O.P.No.106 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court of Chidambaram to the file of the learned Family Court at Ariyalur along with O.P.No.92 of 2022.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent / husband has no serious objection for transferring the divorce case filed by the respondent / husband.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the O.P.No.106 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Chidambaram stands transferred to the learned Family Court, Ariyalur to be tried along with O.P.No.92 of 2022.
4. Learned Sub Court, Chidambaram is directed to transmit the case papers within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.12.2022 drm Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order To
