ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to transfer and issue computer patta in the name of the petitioner and make all online entries in the revenue records of his lands in S.Nos.93/1D and 93/2 situated at Gundukkal Village, Kadaiyampatti Taluk, Salem District.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that pursuant to the application made to the fourth respondent for survey and transfer of patta, survey was conducted on 20.02.2022, however, no entries made in the revenue records. The fourth respondent issued memo dated 15.07.2022 to the RI, Kadaiyampatti, however, no corrections were carried out. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
