(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No. Not Known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner herein seeking Anticipatory Bail for the offences under Section 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner herein has illegally taken water connection and the same was questioned by the clerk of the Village Panchayat Union, for which, the petitioner herein had created ruckus and threatened the clerk. Hence, the petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the clerk of the panchayat union.

4. Considering the allegations made against the petitioner herein, this Court finds no reason to entertain the anticipatory bail petition. The petitioner shall participate in the petition enquiry that has been registered in C.S.R.No.411 of 2020. The respondent Police shall scrupulously follow the guidances of the Supreme Court while conducting the enquiry.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/5
