ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the first respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.09.2014 and investigate the same.

2. No representation for the petitioner, in spite of the fact that the case is being listed fourth time before this Bench. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner had got only the debit receipt and not the amount of Rs.18,000/- from the ATM machine. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, based on the complaint of the petitioner, he has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint was treated as petition and the same was closed, after due enquiry. She further submits that the petitioner has also received the said amount from the Bank.
