Hence, he prayed this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case Page No.1 of 4

bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
