ORDER

When the Writ Petition came up "for admission" on 9.2.2012, respective learned counsel for the respondents took notice and this Court posted the matter after two weeks and granted an order of status quo till then. Thereafter, the said interim order was extended from time to time. On 17.12.2012, when the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner was called absent and hence, this Court posted the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter after two weeks "for dismissal". Today (3.1.2013), when the Writ Petition is listed under the caption "for dismissal", neither the learned counsel for the petitioner, nor the petitioner is present to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
