This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 11.03.2020 made in W.P.No.593 of 2020.

2. Under the said order, the representation for getting alternative land was directed to be considered, accordingly, the said representation having been considered and order has been passed by the Revenue Tahsildar concerned on 25.10.2022 and that has also been produced before this Court by the learned Government Advocate and the said factor cannot be controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. Pursuant to the statutory notice, Mr.Shankar, Tahsildar appeared before this Court, his appearance is noted and his future appearance is dispensed with.
