O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 6962 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026 in connection with Crime No.17 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to stay at Pudhukottai and report before the Inspector of Police, Annavasal Police Station, Pudhukottai twice a day at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6962 of 2026 dated 18.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Annavasal Police Station, Pudhukottai every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT Note:
