ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused persons on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner to the respondent dated 02.01.2016 and investigate the matter.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.01.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.07.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
