This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 13 to 17 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 1st respondent died on 17.05.2021. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring his legal heirs on record.

3. Mr.P.V.Sudakar, learned counsel for 1st respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 13 to 17 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

5. Issue notice to proposed respondents 13 to 17 through court and post returnable by 08.11.2022. Private notice is also permitted. 31.10.2022 rpp Note. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 08.11.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
