The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No.1784/2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.
3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the 2nd defacto complainant / 2nd respondent have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., A.Jayamohan - 652321560580, Jayavel - 862705468610 and Vijaya - 285761155311 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Today, an Affidavit dated 19.12.2017 was also filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 1784 of 2012 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 1784 of 2012 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
