ORDER

This application has been filed to reopen the petitioners' side evidence in O.P.No.151 of 2024.

It is seen from the records that the applicants / petitioners have filed the above petition seeking Letters of Administration with the Will annexed as the petitioners/beneficiaries of the deceased named under the Will of the deceased to have effect limited to the State of Tamil Nadu and in the said petition, the petitioners' side evidence has been closed on 28.02.2025 and the case was posted for hearing as there is no respondent. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners / applicants has taken out this application stating that they want to reopen the petitioners' side evidence to examine the attesting witness in order to prove their case.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall complete the evidence on or before 15.08.2026. If the petitioner's side evidence is not completed on or before 15.08.2026, the learned Master shall close the petitioner's side evidence and send back the records to this Court.
