This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 11.11.2013 made in W.P.No.12006 of 2012.

Contempt Petition No.1695 of 2014 appearing for the Respondent furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram vide Na.Ka.No.31227/2207/A2, dated 10.03.2014.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 10.03.2014, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
