The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners/accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.157 of 2016 on the file of Desur Police Station, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed on 30.10.2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Vandavasi.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if it is so. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
