This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct of Grama Sabha Meetings in all over Tamil Nadu State, as per Tamil Nadu Grama Sabha (Quorum and Procedure for convening and conducting of meetings) Rules 1998, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Director Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department by order dated 26.09.2020, within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble High Court.
