(CRIME NO.84/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition which imposed on them that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.11597/2021 in Crime No.84/2021 order dated 12.07.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 12.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4.Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 12.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
