O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Na. Ka. No. 25/2018/C dated 31.05.2018 issued by the Second Respondent against the Petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the Second Respondent to issue Widow pension to the Petitioner.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called today.

Mr. R. Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, submits that on enquiry conducted, the request of the Petitioner widow pension https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been accepted and the pension will be sanctioned from July 2019 onwards and a Status Report has been filed to that effect, which is recorded. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
