ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Mahila Court, Villupuram complete the trial in S.C.No.10 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible by fixing the time frame for disposal of the case. 1/4

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the presence of the witnesses before the Trial Court, the trial has not been proceeded. Hence, he seeks direction to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Mahila Court, Villupuram is directed to expedite the trial in S.C.No.10 of 2021 and dispose of the main case on merits. Further, the Trial Court is directed to ensure that the witnesses are examined on day to day basis.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
