... Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil and money dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute regarding running a petrol bunk at Poonamallee Arakkonam Road, Irulancherry, Tiruvallur District, and a criminal case under Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act is pending between the parties. Now, pending the above dispute, the respondents 1 to 3 are unncesssarily interfering, and they are disturbing the petitioner's possession of the petrol bunk. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that they are not interfering with the civil dispute. Based on the complaint given to the 1st respondent, only an enquiry was conducted, and after enquiry, the complaint was closed, and hence, no way, the respondents 1 to 3 are interfering with the civil dispute.

4. Recording the above submissions, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
