ORDER
Seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.07.2014 and investigate the matter in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.It is seen from the records that originally, a complaint has been preferred by the petitioner against seven accused. But, after completing investigation, the respondent police filed final report only against four accused.
4.Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that one Devi who has been arrayed as fourth accused is not the true accused. The fourth accused in the case is one Devi sister of Bhavani but, in the final report, one Sridevi has been shown as accused. 5.In my considered opinion, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted however liberty is given to the petitioner to file protest petition before the trial Court and raise all the points that have been raised here. 6.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
