ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and final order passed in Tr.O.P.No.10 of 2021 dated 01.03.2022 on the file of the District Judge of the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the respondent produced the status of the case in O.S.No.102/2018 wherein it is learnt that the case had attained the stage of arguments and in view of the same, the prayer sought in the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
