3. This is the second petition for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that now, as between both sides, compromise has been entered into. Enquiry is conducted and it is closed.

5. So now no case, no FIR as against the petitioner.

6. The above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
