Heard Ms.S.P.Aarthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Navaneetham, learned Additional Government Pleader for 4th respondent. With the consent of either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The Petitioner seeks direction upon the respondents 1 to 3 to consider her representations dated 03.11.2014 and 02.12.2014.
3.The petitioner alleges that 5th respondent is the husband of Sivapriya, President of the Branamangalam Village Panchayat, the 4th respondent herein. The petitioner would state that pursuant to the representations, the 3rd respondent conducted an enquiry on 28.10.2015 and the petitioner participated in the enquiry, but till date no orders have been passed.
4. It is to be pointed out that enquiry was conducted only on 28.10.2015 and within a period of less than 4 days, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this Writ Petition without waiting for the authority to take action in accordance with law. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to issue any positive direction to the 3rd respondent to take action. It would suffice to direct the 3rd respondent to proceed in accordance with law and pass a final order as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
