ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to register the complaint dated 19.07.2016 given by the petitioner and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.07.2016, the dispute essentially appears to be a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife Chitra and it is also averred that Chitra has filed a divorce petition against the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the fourth respondent to register an FIR. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the known to law.
