ORDER

In a proposed suit for recovery of money from the defendants, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the third to fifth respondents before this Court. SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna respondent approached the Bank Manager of the first defendant to verify the details of the loan against the property proposed to be purchased by the plaintiff. It is also stated that material documents were issued by the Bank from Chennai in relation to the proposed purchase of the property.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and on considering the submissions of learned counsel, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondent before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order. In case of urgency, it is open to the applicant to move the vacation Court.
