Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to be contacted and he has got no instructions. It is found that this is a case of private complaint filed by the respondent for offence under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act seeking transfer of C.C.No.9 of 2013 from Fast Track Magistrate Court, Attur, Salem District to Fast Track Magistrate Court, Karur.

2. Since the case is pending from the year 2014 and the petitioner is not inclined to pursue the petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, dismiss the Criminal Original Petition. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
