Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the warrant of arrest issued against R.K.Ravi, Managing Director, M/s. Nagai Sivasakthi Sangaya Nala Nidhi Limited, D.No.14, Perumal Mela Veethi, Nagapattinam - 611 001, 4th respondent herein under Section 72(1) of consumer Protection Act, 2019 in terms of proceedings in E.A.No.46 of 2023 in C.C.184 of 2022 dated 17.07.2023 of the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nagapattinam, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the warrant of arrest issued against the fourth respondent herein under Section 72(1) of consumer Protection Act, 2019 in E.A.No.46 of 2023 in C.C.184 of 2022 dated 17.07.2023, on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nagapattinam.

It is seen that in the execution petition filed before the
District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Nagapattinam, in E.A.No.46 of 2023 in C.C.No.184 of 2022, the Commission issued nonbailable warrant as against the fourth respondent and it is pending on the file of the third respondent.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent could not execute the warrant for want of correct address of the fourth respondent.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued as against the fourth respondent in E.A.No.46 of 2023 in C.C.No.184 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. The petitioner is directed to furnish correct address of the fourth respondent and co-operate while execution of warrant as against the fourth respondent.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed
of. There shall be no order as to costs.
