It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner has given a compliant dated 05.03.2015 and in connection with the said compliant, the petitioner was asked to come for enquiry. Police never gave pressure to the petitioner to vacate the premises.

2.Recording the same, this petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for enquiry on the compliant given by him and the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry with reference to the compliant of the petitioner dated 05.03.2015.
